Our 2021 Foolhardy Sauvignon Blanc fulfills the promise of the terrific growing season, with a delicious array of juicy tropical, citrus and mineral flavors. It is distinctively Sauvignon Blanc, with the variety’s signature lime and grapefruit tones, as well as mouthwatering passion fruit and guava flavors. The added ripeness of the 2021 vintage shows in more weight and texture, and native yeast fermentation in used French oak barrels lends both complexity and inviting warm brioche richness.

This wine will excel as either an aperitif or with a wide range of dinner options: shellfish, grilled or roasted fish, pork and chicken are all great matches, as are spicy and vegetarian fare. Be sure to pull the wine out of the refrigerator and uncork 15 or 20 minutes before pouring, as it gains weight and expressiveness with aeration and is best enjoyed cool, not cold.
