Does my credit card get charged when I join a club?
No. Your credit card is charged when we process each club package. We send you notification by email of a pending club package and it includes the date you will be charged.

Club Packages
How do I know what wines will be in my club package?
We send you an email in advance of the club package being processed and shipped. The email contains the default club package selected by Dan and Jonathan (which wines, volumes, pricing, your shipping address on record). You can customize your package to substitute or add wines as you prefer and/or change the shipping address.
How do I customize my club package?
The email notification we send in advance of processing and shipping a club package provides a direct link to your personal club package page. You can add and substitute wines as you prefer.
Do I have to receive white wines?
No. You can always substitute a red wine of your choice for any white wine in the default club package.
Can I order more wine than my club membership indicates?
Yes. You can always add wine to your package above the specified quantity. For example, if you are in the Six Pack club and want to purchase a total of 12 bottles, just add the six additional bottles you would like.
How do I substitute one wine for another?
First, add the new wine you wish to substitute into the package. Then delete the wine you are removing. You can delete one or all of any given bottle in the default club package. Our e-commerce platform requires the package to contain the requisite number of bottles for the club (e.g. The Six Pack must have at least 6 bottles).
Why can’t I delete a wine from my club package?
If you cannot delete one or more bottles of a wine from your club package this is likely because you would then drop below the requisite club total bottle count e.g. you remove 2 bottle of wine from the Six Pack club and thus only have four bottles. To substitute, first add the bottle you wish to include and then delete the bottles you wish to remove.
Membership
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership for any reason at anytime. Please note if a club package has already been processed, your cancellation will be effective as of the next package to be sent.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can either login into your account or email us. Please be sure to send your cancellation email from the account associated with your membership to avoid delay.
Can I put a membership on hold?
Yes. Please email us before your next club package processes. If we get your request after the club package process date, we will put your membership on hold as of the next planned club package. You may place your club membership on hold for 6 months. If you desire a longer hold, we suggest cancelling your membership and re-joining in the future.
What if I join a Club after the Fall or Spring release? Can I get the prior club package?
Maybe. If the wines are still available, we would be happy to send you the prior club package. Just email us if you are interested.
Shipping
How are club packages shipped?
We ship UPS Ground by default. If you wish to ship via overnight please email us and we will set this up for you. We only ship during appropriate weather conditions for wine.
How much does club shipping cost?
Shipping for the Dozen club is included at no additional cost. Six Pack club members get flat rate $25 shipping or the cost is included if your package has wines costing greater than $300 (based on suggested retail price, not the club discounted price).
When does my club package ship?
Each club ships twice per year, once in the Fall and then in the Spring. You will get an email in advance which will indicate the planned ship date.
Can I change the ship date?
Yes. Please email us with your desired ship date.
Can I send club packages overnight?
Yes. Please email us and we can set this up for you.

How do we reach you with any questions or changes?
Changes to your club package can be made online. You can access your personal club page via the email we send prior to processing or by logging in to your account. Please email us if you want to change your ship date or ship overnight.
Why do you not provide a phone number to reach the winery?
Good question. Bottom line Foolhardy is just two people, Dan and Jonathan. We are working on a solution so people can text or leave voice messages in an efficient manner and not miss important calls from clients.
